Deadlines: 

- May 31 2014 – abstracts (at least 400 words, 5 keywords)

- June 30 2014 – full papers (up to 4000 words) 

- August 31 2014 – final papers (based on the observations made during the conference)

Submissions’ guidelines:

(1)   Submit  abstract / full paper (in MS Word) to [email protected] 

(2)   After submission we will use the  Easy Chair system (https://www.easychair.org/) for communication with you

(3)   Abstracts/full papers received by the deadline will be (double-blind) peer-reviewed on a rolling basis, 

with the notification of acceptance/rejection within 7 days.

(4) In case of a multi-authored abstract/paper, the submitting author will serve as the corresponding author.

Registration fees: 40/20  euros (early registration), 50/25 euros (after the 1st of June  2014) 

Attendance for all students of "Stefan cel Mare" University: Free

Terms and conditions: 

1. The registration fee includes: attendance (virtual / in person), certificate of attendance, book of abstracts.

2. If the same attending author will present more than one paper, the fee for each additional paper is 20 euros. 

3. If a paper is multi-authored and more than one author will attend the conference (virtual or in person), 

each attending author needs to register separately and pay individual registration fee separately, at a discounted 

rate = 20 euros

4. In person attendees will cover their transportation, meal and accommodation.

5. The best papers presented will be published in ISI indexed journals OR in SCOPUS / EBSCO indexed journals.
