CFP: Philosophy of Psychiatry & Lived Experience Annual Workshop

The Philosophy of Psychiatry & Lived Experience Network is holding its 6th annual workshop this year online on 22 June 2026 to discuss how experiences of mental illness inform our philosophical enquiry or offer insights that are of philosophical significance. We invite scholars from philosophy and other disciplines who have lived experience of mental illness, neurodiversity or other mental difference to join us for what is always a fruitful and enlightening series of discussions.

Deadline for abstract submission is 20 April.
Please submit anonymised abstracts to [email protected] with the subject line ‘PoPLEX CFA 2026’.

We will inform successful applicants by 1 June.
The workshop will be held on Mon 22nd June. The workshop will be held online to ensure that the widest range of participants can join us.
