CFP: McMaster Philosophy Graduate Conference

The faculty and graduate students of the Department of Philosophy at McMaster University warmly invite graduate students (MA / PhDs) to attend our 2026 graduate conference in philosophy. We welcome submissions related to any philosophical topic.

We are excited to have Dr. Kimberley Brownlee (University of British Columbia) as our keynote speaker for the event.

Submission Guidelines

Submissions should be: 

·      papers of up to 3000 words, including an abstract of up to 300 words.

·      submitted in .doc or .pdf format.

·      prepared for blind review by removing your name and affiliation, and only including them in the body of your email.

Submissions should be suitable for a 25-minute presentation. Each presentation will be followed by a 5-minute commentary period from a philosophy graduate student from McMaster, as well as a 15-minute Q&A.

Please submit abstracts and papers to [email protected] by 5PM EST on Friday, July 31st, 2026. Notifications will be sent by Monday, August 31st.
