The Nordic Environmental Ethics Network (NEEN) and the International Society for Environmental Ethics (ISEE) invite submissions of abstracts for a joint conference at Umeå University (Sweden) on October 14–16, 2026. The conference aims to bring together scholars from multiple disciplines to discuss a range of topics relating to environmental ethics. Keynote lectures will be delivered by Catriona McKinnon and Teea Kortetmäki.

Abstracts should be fully anonymized and must not exceed 300 words. Abstracts can be submitted viathis linkby May 31, 2026.  Accepted speakers will be expected to deliver a presentation in person.  We aim to notify accepted speakers by mid-June, 2026.
