“Enlightenment and Publicity: The Problem of Deception in Late 18th Century Political and Religious Thought” is a multilateral research project funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation and housed at the University of Fribourg, University of Bucharest, and Jagiellonian University. 

The project’s first workshop will take place on June 17–18 at the University of Fribourg. The topic is “Enlightenment and Citizenship”. The speakers for the event are as follows:
