Philosophy of Artificial Intelligence: Foundations, Challenges and Applications

We are living in a breakthrough period of human history. The dynamic development of artificial intelligence, its application to successive areas of our lives: science, industry, education, culture, and everyday life, makes us face a range of practical challenges as well as questions about this phenomenon that we do not understand. Questions concerning intelligence, cognition, agency, responsibility, truth, ethics, and the future of humanity have become central to understanding the role of AI in contemporary society.
