Celebrating Istvan Bodnar

The Department of Philosophy at CEU is organizing a conference in honor of our colleague Istvan Bodnar who retired this past summer. Bodnar is an excellent, internationally known expert in the area of ancient philosophy, especially of the philosophy of Aristotle. This conference will include talks by Bodnar's former students who have a stellar academic carrier in the field now, including the Head of the Philosophy Department at Prague University and a Laurence Professor of Ancient Philosophy in Cambridge.
