Twentieth Annual Cambridge Graduate Conference on the Philosophy of Mathematics and Logic

The Cambridge Graduate Conference on the Philosophy of Mathematics and Logic is finally out of its teenage years - we’re turning 20! This special twentieth anniversary edition of the conference will be held in St John's College, Cambridge over the weekend of 23-24 January 2027. The conference is intended as a forum for graduate students who work in formal areas of philosophy to present their work to their peers and to senior academics working in these fields. As usual, the conference is fully in-person.

To celebrate our anniversary, we have invited two keynote speakers with strong ties to the conference: Prof. Tim Button, of UCL, and Prof. Luca Incurvati of the ILLC at the University of Amsterdam. Tim and Luca originally founded the conference back in 2007 - we’re delighted to welcome them home!

We will also have six graduate speakers, who will each give a talk of around 40 minutes, followed by a response from a senior academic and questions from the audience. We are accepting submissions for graduate talks until 28 October - see the linked call for papers.

We would like to emphasise that the venue will be completely wheelchair accessible with a large lift and an accessible toilet and service dogs are welcome. There are generous breaks between talks, and quiet space outside. Please contact us with any queries related to accessibility.
