The annual Syracuse University Philosophy Graduate Conference will take place on Friday March 19th and Saturday March 20th 2027 on campus at Syracuse University, New York. The conference consists of 5 talks by graduate student speakers and two keynote addresses from faculty—one external speaker from another university and one internal speaker from Syracuse. The keynote speakers for this year’s conference are Anthony Taylor (Syracuse University) and (TBD).

We are inviting submissions in any area of philosophy from graduate students who wish to participate in the conference as speakers. The submission details are as follows:

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: January 10th, 2027 (11:59 pm EST)

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Each paper should be prepared for a 20–25 minute presentation, and it should be no more than roughly 3,500 words (excluding footnotes and bibliography).

Please submit your anonymized paper (the name of the file should be the title of your paper) and an abstract of no more than 300 words via this form https://forms.gle/GpLDSuU4YUfxeZEm8 by the deadline of January 10th, 2027 (11:59 pm EST).

Authors of accepted papers will be notified around mid February. For any further information, please contact the conference organizers, Yiğit Aras Tarım ([email protected]) and Wentao Ding ([email protected]) at [email protected].
