Please join us on November 6-7, 2015 as the Philosophy Department at the University of Pennsylvania hosts the Penn Reasons and Foundations of Epistemology Conference (PeRFECt). Our keynote address will be delivered by Professor Mark Schroeder. We will also hear papers from Selim Berker, Gwen Bradford, and Kate Nolfi. There will also be commentators-at-large, including Daniel Greco, Kathryn Lindeman, Ram Neta, Susanna Rinard, Susanna Schellenberg, and Julia Staffel.
Anyone is welcome to attend, but please register by emailing [email protected]. Please let us know your name, affiliation, and if you have any dietary restrictions.
We are committed to ensuring that the conference is accessible to all who wish to participate. If you have an accessibility request that we might be able to accomodate, please include this in your registration.
We also have funds to offset travel and accommodation costs for non-Penn graduate students in Philosophy. We expect to be able to offer at least $200 to select graduate students who would like to attend. In order to be considered, please send your CV and a brief paragraph describing why the conference would benefit you and your work to the conference organizers at [email protected] with the subject "Grad Student Funds". The deadline is September 15th, 2015. Decisions will be made by September 22nd.
