This will be a five day, intensive seminar devoted to discussing St. Thomas Aquinas's Treatise on Law, ST I-II, qq. 90-108.  In particular, we will focus on the relationship of this text to the rest of Aquinas's thought, most especially to his account of human nature.  Our topics will include: law, virtue, human rights, and human nature.

Our seminar leader is Russell Hittinger, who is the William K. Warren Professor of Catholic Studies and Research Professor of Law at the University of Tulsa.

Any further questions should be directed to Jennifer Frey, [email protected]
