You are invited to submit a paper that addresses the theme “Human Enterprise and Corporate Personhood”. Relevant paper topics might include (but are not limited to) corporate agency, corporate rights (and virtues and vices), corporate bodies, theories of personhood, sovereign power, economic justice, natural vs. legal persons, corporate persons and liberal democracy, Citizens United vs. Federal Election Commission, and the Occupy Wall Street movement.

Note: Any style of philosophy is welcome.

Submission deadline (e-mail preferred) for an abstract of roughly 250 words: May 20, 2012.

Details of the group session will be printed in the conference program in the Proceedings of the American Philosophical Association.
