Details

There has been a recent surge in the use of three-dimensional biometerial printing (3D bioprinting) for a range of innovative experiemental therapeutic applications ranging from orthopedic patient-specific transplants to custom-made biodegradable bronchial implants. This workshop aims to map and critically assess new medical and ethical frontiers associate with 3D bioprinting by drawing upon the expertise of various bioethics, scientists, philosophers and policy analysts.
