This award provides up to $750 to graduate students (and untenured junior faculty) to cover travel costs, conference fees, and other career and academically-related expenses like:

• Presentations at academic or professional conferences

• Travel to academic job interviews on a campus or at professional/academic conferences

• Submission of unpublished manuscripts to journals or book publishers

• Expenses associated with trips to archives to collect additional research data

Applications for the IHS Conference and Research Grantare considered on a rolling basis and should be submitted at least four weeks in advance of your fundable activity.
