This event will be held  within the scope of the international project “MaToMUVI - Mathematical Tools for the Management of Uncertain and Vague Information”.

MaToMUVI is a research project involving 13 Universities in Argentina, Brazil, Italy and Spain  funded by Marie Curie International Research Staff Exchange Scheme (IRSES) 2009 project and
co-funded by the European Commission within "Marie Curie" actions of the Seventh Framework Programme.

Research topics areas include:

  • Semantics for Uncertain and Vague Reasoning (including fuzzy, paraconsistent, etc.);
  • Logics and Mathematics of Uncertainty and Vagueness;
  • Philosophy of Inexactness
