Julian C. Cole (Buffalo State) will give a talk titled "Dependence, Necessity, and Atemporality".

Abstract: In this paper, I introduce the notion of a facet of reality being representationally dependent on collective intentionality, propose that mathematical facets of reality are so dependent on collective intentionality, and employ a non-descriptivist account of modal and temporal vocabulary to argue that this proposal is compatible with mathematical facets of reality being necessary and atemporal existents.
