Details

Alfred Tarski (1901-1983) was one of the most important logicians of
the last century, known for his work in mathematics, metamathematics,
and philosophy. His researched ranged from set theory, Boolean
algebra, and topology to philosophical reflections on truth and the
creation and development of model theory.

This workshop brings together experts on Tarski's work, with a variety
of backgrounds. Together they throw light on the many facets of
Tarski's work, such that the extent of it becomes visible and the
interrelation between the various parts emerges.
