The 2nd Annual PHILOsurfer Convergence is a conference held annually in the Canadian pacific northwest that aims to bring together surfers with PhD's in philosophy and advanced PhD students in philosophy. The Convergence is a one-of-a-kind event for the philosopher/surfer to present a paper, socialize, and surf in the many breaks in and around the Tofino area. Dr. Jeff King (Rutgers) and Dr. Aaron James (UC Irvine) will serve as this year's keynote speakers. The event is limited to twenty participants.
