Is there any link between the last course that Michel Foucault delivered at the Collège de France, “The courage of Truth”, and the idea of “Living-in-Truth” put forward by Czech thinkers like Jan Patocka and Vaclav Havel? The paper will try to explore the historical and philosophical not widely known relationship between the last Foucaultian conception of power and the ‘praguese’ reflections about dissenting subjectivity.
