Details

A three-day conference will be held in April 2017 at Cornell, hosted by the Sage School of Philosophy in cooperation with the Program in Ethics and Public Life and the Cornell Society for the Humanities. The theme of the conference will be “The Nature and Norms of Hope,” and will bring together philosophers, social-political theorists, and religion scholars to discuss work-in-progress on hope. We intend to publish some of the papers as part of a new volume of collected essays on hope.
