Transnational Migration: Recognizing Constraints and Capacities of Sending and Receiving Countries

Transnational migration poses serious challenges that cannot be addressed by single nation states alone but must rather be dealt with at the supra-national level, recognizing the various bilateral aspects of emigration and immigration and its effects on sender and receiving countries respectively.

The workshop will offer interdisciplinary and multidimensional analyses of transnational migration flows, high skilled migration, and bilateral agreements with a strong emphasis on the obligations of sending and receiving countries.

Anyone interested in the workshop is welcome to attend, but registration is required and the number of spaces is limited.
