This is the second workshop in the Role Ethics Network series. All welcome. No fee, but please let us know for catering, room size, etc. Contact info on the website.

The theme this time is roles and wellbeing. There'll be three sessions (abstracts and timetable on the website).

  • Sam Clark, Lancaster University: ‘Three Relations between Roles and the Good’
  • Alex Barber, Open University: ‘Wellbeing in the context of collective achievement’
  • A discussion session on FAMILY ROLES with Lindsey Porter (session lead), Reid Blackman (by videolink from Colgate College, NY) and Andree-Anne Cormier (invited, Pompeu Fabra Barcelona)

Advance notice: the third workshop will be in Edinburgh, July 12-14 2017 (with speakers including Stephanie Collins, Lisa Herzog, Tracy Isaacs, Sarah Stroud, Erin Taylor, Robin Zheng)
