Abstract: Diagonal arguments are a foundation stone in many areas of mathematical and philosophical logic, but few if any formal descriptions of them are accepted. I will compare three contemporary approaches and suggest how we should think about their relationships with each other. After that, I will highlight some interesting open questions and future projects.Registration
