We invite submissions of papers, in any area of philosophy, to be presented at the Central States Philosophical Association 2018 Meeting, which will be held at the University at Buffalo on October 26th and 27th, 2018, in Buffalo, New York. 

Papers should be no longer than 3,000 words. 

You need not be a member of an institution in the central states area to participate.

Submitted papers should be prepared for blind review.  Submissions should also include a title page with (i) the title of the paper, (ii) author information, (iii) a word count for the paper, (iv) an abstract (not longer than 150 words), and (v) the philosophical area for the paper (e.g. aesthetics, feminist philosophy, philosophy of law).  The title page and the paper should be submitted as separate documents. Both the title page and the paper should be submitted as MS Word or PDF files.

Submissions should be sent by e-mail, using the subject heading “CSPA submission,” to [email protected].  The deadline for submissions is June 15th, 2018.  Decisions are expected by the end of July, 2018.
