Details

Automated systems of Artificial Intelligence (AI) are already part of many economic and social systems in the world. Their implementation is noted as a globally present phenomenon and one of the prime conceivers of the future structure of human society. As such it bears enormous potential in becoming a force of good for humanity but in doing so it must address the numerous ethical, social and political issues of which some hold the power to radically change the nature of human work and society. This conference calls on researchers from the academic (doctoral students included) and private sector to focus on the current and future trends of automation in Europe and the socio-economic, ethical and political consequences it generates as anticipation of future policy creation.
