CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: INTERNATIONAL CRITICAL THEORY ONLINE PROGRAM, JULY 2019

The Critical Theory Workshop, in collaboration with the University of the Commons, is launching a new online seminar on “International Critical Theory” from July 1 to July 18. Speakers include Paola Bacchetta, Patricia Gherovici, Emre Çetin Gürer, John Harfouch, Jennifer Ponce de León, Jacques Rancière and Gabriel Rockhill. It is open to graduate students and faculty, as well as advanced undergraduates, independent researchers, writers and artists. Without the need for travel, participants from around the world work on their own research projects while engaging with the research of leading critical theorists and a vibrant international community of scholars.

Nota bene: proceeds from this course will contribute directly to supporting the work of radical scholars around the world who are suffering from direct repression and/or political exile.
