No-Self

The nature of the Self is one of the fundamental philosophical problems. Indeed: one’s worldview and responsibilities may depend on an understanding of this puzzle.

Our next workshop will consider Buddhist perspectives on the Self. Buddhists believe that the Self is an illusion and name it no-Self.

Let’s suppose there is no such thing as the Self, one’s permanent essence independent from the rest of the world.
