The Philosophy Program at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York invites graduate students to submit papers to be considered for presentation at our 16th annual graduate student conference on April 5-6, 2013. Submissions relating to experimental philosophy are encouraged, but we will consider papers on any topic. Philosophical submissions from non-philosophy graduate students are also encouraged. The deadline for submission is January 31, 2013.   Submission Guidelines:   Please send the following to [email protected] as two separate documents in .doc or .pdf format:
  1. A cover letter containing the following information: author’s name, title of paper, institutional affiliation, contact information, word count, an abstract and area of philosophy.
  2. The paper itself (with no identifying information). Papers should be suitable for a 40-minute presentation and be 3,000-4,000 words.
