Details

The annual Syracuse Graduate Philosophy Conference will take place on April 2-3, 2021 via Zoom. The conference consists of 5 talks by invited graduate student speakers, and 2 keynote addresses from faculty - one invitee from another university, and one from Syracuse. The keynote speakers for the 2021 conference are Keshav Singh (Syracuse University) and Stephen Finlay (University of Southern California).

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: January 20th, 2021  (11:59 pm EST)

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
Each paper should be prepared for a 20-25 minute presentation (roughly 3,000 words), and will receive a commentator and 30-minute Q&A. We invite submissions from all areas of philosophy. We encourage submissions from members of underrepresented groups.

Please, submit (i) your anonymized paper (the name of the file should be the title of your paper), and (ii) a cover letter including your name, institutional affiliation, email address, the title of your paper, and an abstract of no more than 300 words to [email protected] by January 20th, 2021, 11:59 pm EST.

Authors of accepted papers will be notified between February 27 - March 11, 2021. Any questions should be directed to [email protected]
