The Department of Philosophy of the University of Santiago de Chile invites academics and researchers to submit for consideration contributions for Volume 2 (no. 1) of the journal Culturas Científicas [Scientific Cultures], which will be published in July 2021. This academic publication intends to be a space for interdisciplinary dialogue and dissemination of meta-scientific studies. Contributions can be submitted in both English and Spanish. The fields of research accepted by our journal are, although not exclusively, the following:
a) General Philosophy of Science and Philosophy of Special Sciences.
b) History of science.
c) Philosophy and History of Technology.
d) Research on logical, didactic, legal, economic, ethical, sociological or anthropological aspects of the technosciences.
e) Science, Technology and Society studies (STS).
Authors are recommended to submit their articles at least three months before the publication of volume 2 (number 1) if their objective is to be included in it (i.e. for the next issue: April 15, 2021).
