Call for Papers Philosophy of Religion Incubator Conference

Princeton Project in Philosophy and Religion together with the Rutgers Center for Philosophy of Religion

We invite submission of abstracts for an online conference in philosophy of religion and related topics. Each accepted speaker will give a short (10-15 minute) presentation of their work in progress, followed by a 30-35 minute question-and-answer session. Speakers who wish to may circulate a short (3000 word) paper to be preread, but this is entirely optional. The goal of this conference is to help bring ideas from early development to paper form. We expect that submitted abstracts are for projects in this early stage of development, and hope the conference proves helpful as authors bring these ideas to fruition.

Submissions are open to all, but those by early career researchers and those developing ideas in underexplored areas of philosophy of religion are especially welcome. Submissions may be sent to [email protected]. They should be no longer than 500 words, prepared for blind review, and accompanied by a title page including author information.Abstracts should be submitted by April 10th, 2021, 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Accepted speakers will be notified by April 21st, 2021.

The conference will be held on May 17-18, 2021, via zoom. Those with questions may contact us at [email protected] or Daniel Rubio at [email protected]
