Talk Series: Early Modern Women on Knowledge

On Thursday, Julia Borcherding will open the New Voices talk series with a talk on "Fancies and Illusions: Cavendish and du Châtelet on the Liberating Power of the Imagination.”

New Voices on Women in the History of Philosophy is a group for emerging scholars who work on Women in the History of Philosophy launched by Clara Carus, Assistant Professor at the Center for the History of Women Philosophers and Scientists (directed by Ruth Hagengruber). It is a place to connect and to foster communication on our work.
The Talk Series: Early Modern Women on Knowledge will create such a space for connection online. The first talk will take place on Thursday, 29th of April, at 2pm CET. Everyone is welcome to attend. To register and to receive the zoom invitation, e-mail [email protected]
