Eric Bahel(Department of Economics, PPE Research Fellow) will organize an International Conference on Social Choice and Voting Theory that is sponsored by the Kellogg Center for Philosophy, Politics, and Economics and will take place on June 17-19, 2021. In addition to regular sessions, the conference will include keynote addresses byFranz Dietrich,Bhaskar Dutta,Maggie Penn, andSalvador Barberà.

Participants should submit their papers/abstracts by email ([email protected]). The deadline for submission is April 15, 2021. This will be a great opportunity to exchange on the open questions and recent advances made in this field from the comfort of your home or office. Students and early-career scholars are encouraged to submit their work. There will be a best-paper award, with a small monetary prize, for each of these two categories.

There will be no registration fee to participate in the event. All faculty and students are welcome to attend, although advance registration will be required (registration details will follow and be updated here). The conference will be fully virtual.
