The Central States Philosophical Association (CSPA) invites submissions of papers, in any area of philosophy, to be presented at our next meeting, which will be held on April 29th and 30th, 2022, at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, where the keynote speaker will be Jennifer Morton (University of Pennsylvania).
Papers should be no longer than 3,000 words.
You need not be a member of an institution in the central states area to participate.
Submissions should be sent by e-mail, using the subject heading “CSPA submission,” to [email protected].
The deadline for submissions is December 15th, 2021. Decisions are expected by the end of January 2022.
Submissions should include two separate documents:
i. A cover page that includes the title of the paper, the author’s name and email address, an abstract for the paper (not longer than 150 words), and the philosophical area for the paper (e.g. aesthetics, feminist philosophy, philosophy of law).
ii. A copy of the paper, prepared for blind review, with all identifying information removed (including in the file name and file properties).
All documents should be sent as Word or PDF files.
