The WMU Graduate Student Association of Philosophers is pleased to announce its 15th Annual Graduate Student Philosophy Conference. The conference will take place over Zoom, on November 19-20, 2021. We are excited to have Dr. Elizabeth Schechter (Indiana University) and Dr. Matt Stichter (Washington State University) join us as our keynote speakers this year.  Submissions by graduate students in any field of philosophy are welcome; we especially encourage submissions from members of historically underrepresented groups.

The conference is free, online, and open to the public.

Submission Guidelines: Submissions should not exceed 3500 words and should be accompanied by an abstract of 350 words or less. Please send submissions to [email protected] in PDF format. Include your name, affiliation, paper title, and abstract in one document and the paper submission in a separate document.  Prepare your submission for blind review by removing any identifying information from the body of the paper. Also, if applicable, please include the following statement in the email: I am a member of an underrepresented group.

Any questions about the conference should be sent to [email protected].
