The third Groningen Metaethics Workshop will take place on Wednesday 26 April 2023 at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.  

Our keynote speaker will be David Enoch (Hebrew University of Jerusalem). The programme will be as follows:

09:00 – 10:00   Daniel Elstein — "On Dworkin’s Argument that Moral Error Theory is Self-Defeating" (chair: Declan O'Gara)

10:15 – 11:15   Debbie Roberts — "Thick Facts" (chair: Berend Pot)

11:30 – 12:30   Olof Leffler — "Kantian Doubts about Categorical Imperatives" (chair Vinicius Carvalho)

12:30 – 14:00   Lunch

14:00 – 15:00   Gunnar Bjornsson — "Instrumental Reasons Without Difference-Making" (chair: Lisa Bastian)

15:15 – 16:15   Eline Gerritsen — "Authoritative Conventions and the Fugitive Thought" (chair: Silke Mast)

16:30 – 17:45   David Enoch (keynote) — "Oh, All the Wrongs I Could Have Performed! Or: Why Care about Morality, Robustly Realistically Understood” (joint work with Itamar Weinshtock-Saadon)
