We invite submissions of long abstracts (maximum 800 words), prepared for blind review, for talks presentable in 30-45 mins, on topics including (but not limited to):

•The ontology of dreams •The neurophysiology of dreams •Lucid dreams •Dream and the Self •The first-person perspective in dreams •The status of dreams as a target for scientific inquiry •The relation between dreaming and other sleep states •The causes and effects of dreams •The function of dreaming •The epistemology of dreams •The ethics of dreams •Dreams and art

Please include with your submission a separate short document with some information about yourself and your research.

Submissions should be submitted via https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=newdream23 by March 31st . Notifications of acceptance will be sent out by April 28th.

The conference will comply with the BPA/SWiP Good Practice Scheme. We therefore encourage participation particularly for those from underrepresented groups in Academia.
