Annual Southwest Graduate Philosophy Conference 

Arizona State University 

The Conference will take place on Friday and Saturday, April 12th & 13th 2024 in Tempe, Arizona at ASU. 

Keynote Speaker: Dr. Regina Rini (York University) 

Topic: The relationship between ethics and epistemology

We welcome submissions in all areas of philosophy. Submissions related to the topic, the relationship between ethics and epistemology, will be given priority. 

Each presenter will be given 30 minutes for their presentation and 15 minutes for Q&A, so please keep in mind a word limit of 3000-3500 words. 

Submissions should be prepared for blind review, with the title of the paper as the name of the document. Please include a separate cover page with the following information:  

  • Name

  • Institution

  • Title of paper 

  • Abstract (250 words or fewer) 

  • Contact information (email and phone number)

  • Indicate whether you would like to be a respondent for a paper and include relevant AOS/AOC. A respondent prepares at least three questions to start the presenter’s Q&A session.

Please include the paper of 3000-3500 words with your submission.
