Details

On March 14-15, 2025 the Western Michigan University Graduate Student Association of Philosophers will host its 18th Annual Graduate Student Philosophy Conference. The conference will be fully in-person.

The conference has no specific theme, so we welcome submissions from graduate students in any field of philosophy.

We are excited to be joined by Justin D'Arms of Ohio State University and Ami Harbin of Oakland University as our keynote speakers. We are also thrilled to be joined by WMU alumnus speaker, Rebecca Kates, a PhD student at the University of Notre Dame.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided during the conference.

Submission Guidelines:

Submissions must be prepared for anonymous review.

Submissions are not to exceed 3500 words (not including abstract, footnotes, and references). Please include the paper's word count on the title page.

Submissions are to be accompanied by a separate document, composed of one’s affiliation, paper title, and an abstract of 350 words or less.

Please send submissions to [email protected].
