ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: October 4, 2024

The 2024 meeting of the Iowa Philosophical Society will be held at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa on Saturday, October 26. The keynote address will be delivered by Professor Dale Dorsey (Kansas).
Papers on any philosophical topic are welcome from faculty, independent scholars, and graduate students. Please submit an abstract (of approximately 500-750 words) by e-mail to [email protected] by October 4, 2024 (.docx or .pdf preferred). Accepted presentations will be allotted 50 minutes, with an expectation of 20-25 minutes of discussion. Notice of acceptance will be sent by Monday, October 7.
There will be a modest registration fee for attendees, including presenters: $20 for faculty; $5 for graduate students and independent scholars; and no charge for other attendees.
