Details

We’re very excited to announce and extend an invitation to attend our upcoming virtual event on Friday, March 7, 2025. The event will run in the afternoon, and feature the following speakers:

Ben Zipursky (Fordham) on moral luck, Bernard Williams, and the law; comment by Gregory Antill (Columbia).

Helen Scott (Oxford) on restitution and unjust enrichment; comment by Maytal Gilboa.

Erik Encarnacion (UT Austin) on anti-discrimination law and contract; comment by Anthony Sangiuliano (Toronto).

Specific details for the timing of each presentation will be coming soon.

The papers and Zoom link will be distributed at least a week before the event. Please feel free to share the invitation with anyone you think might be interested. If you would like to attend, please reply to [email protected] so that I can add you to the list for the paper and Zoom link distribution. No need to say anything more than “attending” (but feel free to say more!). And if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Best wishes,

Faisal K. Bhabha

On behalf of Amit, Arthur, Faisal, and the other organizers.
