CFP: Invitation to Contribute to the Special Issue of the Journal Studia z Historii Filozofii
 [Studies in the history of philosophy]

The editorial board of Studia z Historii Filozofii invites submissions
for a special issue " Tracing Schopenhauer’s Philosophy: Polemics and
Inspirations". The aim of this issue is to highlight the diverse paths
of Schopenhauer’s reception. We especially encourage articles that
explore polemical contexts of his philosophy, as well as its inspiring
influence on other traditions and thinkers.
Texts prepared in Polish, German, or English, not exceeding 40,000
characters including spaces, should be submitted by 30. April 2026, to
the following address: [email protected].
All submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process.
Studia z Historii Filozofii is a quarterly journal published by the
Institute of Philosophy of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
Articles featured in the journal are devoted to the history of
philosophy and cover a wide thematic range — from ancient times to
contemporary philosophy. The journal is included in the list of ranked
academic journals of the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher
Education.
