Where: Annexe, Building R, Stadcampus, Antwerp Who: Alva Noe (University of California, Berkeley) What:   Art and organization   In this paper I develop the thesis that art, like philosophy, is a reorganizational practice. This helps us understand art, and also, why neural approaches to art have been so unsuccessful. In the course of the paper I'll extend ideas on the relation of action and perception first presented in my Action In Perception.
