Details

The PLP Graduate Forum Seminar Series showcases work in progress by doctoral students and early career scholars working at the intersection of legal, moral, and political philosophy. Each session is built around one paper, which is discussed by two commentators, an academic specialising in the paper's topic and a graduate student from another institution in the Forum's network, followed by open discussion. The Philosophy, Law & Politics Graduate Forum brings together seven institutions in Southern England: the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford, the University of Surrey, the London School of Economics and Political Science, King's College London, Queen Mary University of London, and University College London. Four seminars will take place across the 2026–27 academic year. Dates, venues, and speakers will be announced on our website. CALL FOR ABSTRACTS: PhD students and early career scholars at our member institutions can apply until 9am (UK time), Friday 20 November 2026, via https://forms.gle/yWvXCgM49WvrSNk66
