Details

Organized by the Arendt Center as part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie project “Rewriting Rights,” this conference explores the dual sense in which feminist justice is currently “on trial”: in courtrooms, where the conduct and performativity of legal proceedings expose the structural limitations of institutional justice; and in culture, where dominant narratives continue to normalize gender-based violence. The conference aims to foster a dialogue between feminist philosophy, critical theory, and socio-legal perspectives.
