Rather than the usual stiff conference set up of a long presentation, commentator, and brief Q&A we have decided to have a symposium. The differnce is this: papers will be circulated to all presenters and audience in advance of the conference, there will be a brief presentation then a moderated roundtable discussion. This set up will be more engaging and beneficial to both the presenters and the audience.

Owen Flanagan will be our keynote speaker. His lecture is titled The Geography of Morals: Varieties of Moral Possibilities.
