It is beyond any reasonable doubt that Donald Davidson has a remarkable influence on contemporary philosophy in a variety of fields, especially in the philosophy of language, the philosophy of mind, theory of action, theory of meaning, to mention a few. As it happens, this year, 2017, is the centenary anniversary of his birth. To celebrate his great contribution, we are now organizing a workshop on his philosophy, as the core of the Third Taiwan Metaphysics Colloquium (TMC 2017).

All researchers working on various aspects of Davidson’s philosophy are welcome to present their current research at the workshop. To make this workshop more rewarding, we have also invited some distinguished philosophers; some of them are renowned Davidsonian specialists:
