Wheelchair accessible tables as well as theater-style seats are available in the auditorium. We will provide microphones for presenters, and will provide headphones for participants at their request. Additionally, there will be a quiet space available throughout the conference. Accepted speakers will be contacted regarding preferred names and pronouns, required equipment, transportation, materials in an alternate format, and other accommodations that will ensure full participation.
