Topic areas


We welcome papers from the following areas: normative ethics, metaethics, applied ethics, moral psychology, social and political philosophy, philosophy of law, philosophy of mind, epistemology, experimental philosophy, feminist philosophy, and philosophy of disability.

Each presenter will be given 30 minutes for their presentation and 15 minutes for Q&A, so please keep in mind a word limit of 3000-3500 words.

Submissions should be prepared for blind review. Please include a separate cover page with the following information:

  • Name
  • Institution
  • Title of paper
  • Abstract (250 words or less)
  • Contact information (email and phone number)
  • Indicate whether you would like to comment on a paper and include relevant AOS/AOC
