Florida State University’s Minorities and Philosophy Chapter (MAP @ FSU) invites submissions in any area of philosophy for its 12th Annual Graduate Philosophy Conference to be held on Friday, April 6, 2018.

Keynote Speaker: Lisa Miracchi, Assistant Professor of Philosophy, University of Pennsylvania


Submission Guidelines

      I.         Submission Deadline: Please send submissions to [email protected] by Friday, February 16, 2018 (previously Friday, February 9, 2018).

    II.         Submissions must meet the following requirements:

                        i.         A submission must be an abstract of no more than 500 words of a paper that explores the intersection of philosophy and race, gender, class, sexuality, disability, culture, and/or native language. Papers should be suitable for a 20-25 minute presentation.

                       ii.         Submit abstracts with a separate cover sheet containing your name, home institution, contact information, and the title of your paper.

                     iii.         Abstracts must be prepared for anonymous review.
